Design Your Package

We have worked with many different organizations over the years. If you don't live in the Four Corners, designing a custom program on your own can be difficult, but we have found that it doesn't have to be. The following process will help make the planning of a Deer Hill Custom Program smooth and efficient for both of us.
  1. Review the "Deer Hill Activities" information and discuss with your group the type(s) of activity(s) that meet your objectives



  2. Review the "Custom Trip/Program Information" sheet. This provides a solid understanding of the basic premises built into a standard agreement with Deer Hill. Modifications to these basic premises can be made in advance of a formal signed contract
  3. Determine approximate dates for your program



Once you review our information, know your schedule, and decide whether to choose a Deer Hill program or design your own, give us a call. We will discuss this information, obtain a bit more clarification, and answer any questions you may have.


Following this conversation, we will give you a price quote within a few days. Prices vary depending upon length of stay, number and types of activities, and the amount of Deer Hill gear, equipment, transportation, and staffing required for a successful experience.


Once you let us know that you have accepted our quote, we will prepare a formal contract, work with you to finalize details, and help you with your preparations.
